CORE VALUES

Amicus Brewing Ventures (ABV) seeks to foster a safe, welcoming, environment for all our employees and guests. As a neighborhood brewery/taproom, we are committed to doing our part to cultivate a neighborly space for our community, irrespective of a person’s race, gender identity and/or expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, nationality, body size, physical and mental abilities, marital or family status, socioeconomic status, and other expressed identities or characteristics.
Hospitality is at the heart of who we are and of the experience we hope to offer our guests and employees. A hospitable space is a space that is free from all forms of harassment, in which people from diverse backgrounds feel welcome to be themselves without fear of mistreatment.
We love craft beer and craft beer culture. At its best, craft beer helps cultivate space for social connection and community cohesion. Creating this kind of atmosphere requires a mutual commitment to respecting each other’s basic dignity and worth. We are committed to providing the most hospitable space possible; we need your help to make that happen.
